These were sold by my local shop as "We found them in the back of our stockroom - Sold To Clear" and I have burned them without problems on my BenQ1640. Must use the learning facility to allow sucessful burn and the overspeed function allows great burns even at 8 or 12x.

Have had 2 coasters though but the quality for the price I paid is very acceptabel

Burnt with BenQ DW1640 at 8x using firmware BSOB.
Burning reliability is Mixed.
PC reliability is Good.

Burn speed 8x by using Overspeed feature of the drive & Nero 7, Normal speed on the drive is 2.4x and the rated speed of the media is 1x.

Unidentifiable unbranded, reported here as the full Media Code appears not to have been encountered before.

I cannot burn more than 2GB reliably at 1X or 2X. Nero reports a successful burn up to 4.7GB, but subsequent data verification in the burner and in a Lite-On LTD163D (RPC-1 Firmware) shows the burn cannot be relied upon.

A complete waste of time and effort, 8 coasters to find the media's limitations.
