first I tried it and the results:
write: 4x
read: 12 x
- the problem was that nothing could be read afterwards
so, after half a day and a lot of firmware programs used, all the problems were solved and I could burn the media at 16x, but read only at 12x. as a bonus I've read even the 4 dvd's that I have burned before. seems to be a very fine media
NOTE: the firmware 1.14 doesn't contain the media manufacturer infomediar30, you will have to replace other DVD-R manufacturer for these 16X to work.

- MediaCodeSpeedEdit v 1.1.0.20 - for the edit part - i've changed one write strategy with another, an 16,12,8,6,4x DVD-R strategy of another media type (nanya somehow, i don't know and I hope not to buy some of that media, or i'll have to repeat these stpes again ;)) )
- firmware v114 modified - writed and it works just fine
