Fine for copying (sorry, backing up) DVD movies using DVD shrink - movies play on PC and Medion DVD Player.
When storing data (eg mp3, jpg) records OK with Nero, plays on Medion DVD player but is unreadable in PC (Win XP).

DVD Decrypter or Smartripper and if i get rip errors i use Clonedvd to copy to , DVDFab if i ripped with Decrypter or Smartripper, Instancopy to image, Instandcopy image to DVD+R. If i burn 2 movies Then i close instandcopy and open it again to avoid burn errors.

I Would not buy this media! When i rip a movie i first burn a nashua DVD+RW. No failures yet. When i burn the same movie on a nashua DVD+R media i get very poor results. Sometimes the disk won't start at all. Often there are very irritating freezes of the images or the sound sucks.
A manager from Nashua advised me to upgrade the firmware of my dvd-burner (NEC 1100A). Afterwards the same results!

Works real fine with Nero 5.10.35 after an upgrade to Nero 6.02 the media (DVD +r) not recognised.
Burnt already 30 DVD +r and no faillures. Important for burning DVD 's :Firmware ok, burning software ok.
Playing the disks on other players gave no problems.
I burnt at 2.4 speed.

Bought a pack 10 priced euro 17,95, along with buying a Plextor DVD writer. Using 'verify after write' with Nero I found two burns go wrong, two went well. After a week one of the two succesfull burns, didn't play anymore in my DVD player. Tried a DVD-rom player, got a CRC error, but still is readable in my DVD burner. But probably not for long....

This media really s*ucks big time. A total waste of money. Tried several of the Nashua DVD+R's. Some of them don't even burn, stops half way or near the end of the burn process. The ones that do burn completely are very,...very,.. unstable in the home dvd player. Even my philips dvdrw228 who burned them could not read 7 out of 10. Tested several players, some play choppy others don't even start, mostly even the menuselections of a 1-on-1 copied dvd did not work. Down the toilet with these nashua DVD+R's. I'll stick with Philips and Imation media

Low qualitative discs!
Percentage: about 4 of 10 gives playback problem such as freezing, audio drop-out on some standalone DVD players! (burnt with NEC-1100, RICOH-5125, HP-300: the same results)
