These use the ritek dye and work in all players i have tried, burn at 8x with pioneer 107d and 1.18 firmware.
playback at a scan speed of 8x is fine. early firmware
burns have problems at 8x playback scan on denon.
The ritek dye is very good on players that were built pre dvd-r.

I bought a pack of 25 from . First burned some movies and data at 4x, because my nec2510a was not recognizing them as 8x. These 4x burn were very good, i testem them in 3 standalone dvd-player and a dvd and they all worked good. I flashed my burner to be able to burn at 8x with 107v2b5dl from herrie. These 8x burns also worked very good. The only bad comments i have is that 3/25 have minor defects at the end of the burning surface (not touching the burning surface). Also, there is a bit of glue emerging from the side of the dvds. On 14 burn i got 0 coaster
