If the media is burned without finalizing disc, and then try to add and delete some files in the same disc, the DVD-writer may write corrupted data to it (yet reporting no errors during burning, occasionally shows a larger written size than the actual capacity of the disc, e.g. 5GB data is shown as recorded size while the disc can only hold 4.7GB data), resulting in bad sectors reported by CD-Speed scan disc test. These bad sectors (and probably the whole disc) are not usable anymore, even by fully erasing the disc to empty.

Burnt with LG GSA-4082B at 4x using firmware A208.
