Had mixed results with Datawrite Reds. The V3 seems a bit better than previous incarnations, but on the last batch the die used seems weak in the centre of the disc (visibly pale under a lamp). The result is that it will play on my Wharfedale 750s until it reaches the dodgy bit, and then the disc won't play any further. This has affected about 80% of discs burned from my camcorder footage - very annoying!!!
They will play back on my Sony DVD-ROM drive on the PC however, as the laser seems to be more accurate.
I shall be looking for a different brand next time.

The version 3 disc is excellent value for money and seems fairly compatible with my Sony DRU-510A burner, unlike the version 2's which were AWFULL!!
Only 1/25 coasters compared with 15/25 with Version 2's. To be honest though, I'd buy the yellows because they are first rate and are only a few pounds more.
