Philips DVP3100 bought in New Zealand. The recommended hack which consists in burning the LG36868.IMG file (zoran.zip hack) onto a CD does not work. The CD is not recognized by the DVD player however this hack works like a charm: 1) Open disc tray 2) Press "Setup" and highlight "Preferences" 3) Enter "138931" on the remote 4) The actual region code number is shown 5) Use cursor on remote to go to 0 to make it multi-region 4) Press "OK" on remote | |||
