Hi ! Bought my DVD803-2 at Canadian Tire this week and tried the same hack as the DVD802-2 (see below) and it worked like a charm. The only difference is that i didn't have to go through the "black screen" part. It worked ok right off the bat ! On menu (no disc in tray) press 16719 Hidden menu appears Press ok Type in 0 (for region free) press exit Bingo ! | |||

I have attempted this region-free hack, and it appears that this diagnostic menu is now "locked". Is there any way of "resetting" the system/DVD player? | |||
