The same hack as used with other LiteOn models worked for my LVC-9015G. (1) Go to the setup screen (2) Scroll down to EXIT (Do NOT press EXIT) (3) Enter the numbers 2,9,6,0 (4) Region Menu screen will appear; Select "(0)" or Region Free; (5) Press Setup Screen to exit. The recorder is now Region Free. Note: I have increased "Finalization Failure" message during DVD recording after I changed to Region-Free. I don't know the reason whether Region-Free process affected that. | |||
