This tool can either demux the H.264 digital tv ts stream to a raw *.h264 file. Or it can mux the H.264 stream into a Matroska (*.mkv) container. It's a command line tool. Usage: h264tsto srcFilename.ts destFilename.mkv | destFilename.h264. Requires Elecard demuxer,dump.ax (to h264), Haali Media Splitter, Haali Matroska Muxer (to mkv).

| H264TS_Cutter NO LONGER DEVELOPED |
You can cut HDTV-Transportstreams (AVC / H.264) with the H264TS_Cutter. The source material won't be encoded, so you can only cut on I-Frames (the program will look for it by itself). If you want to use the video playback function, a ts-splitter and an avc-codec have to be installed. Requires .Net Framework 2.0
