M3 Movie Converter will take traditional media (DVD, VOB, MPEG, AVI, MOV, etc) to the GBM/GBS format. This is the native format used by the Nintendo GameBoy Advanced. This MPEG-2 Codec will allow you to open MPEG-2 (DVD,SVCD,VOB) files in TMPGEnc and in MS Media Player, plus a host of other programs. This is very old and buggy so try instead ffdshow or Dscaler Mpeg Filter.
