WMVConvert is WMV Converter. This program converts AVI/MPEG/VOB videos to WMV WMV9 or VC-1 format. It requires Windows Media Encoder 9 (Microsoft) to be installed (Only 32 bits version). Running under Vista can give problems with some input video's. Also under Vista always use CBR Audio encoding. Requires WindowsMediaEncoder9
