This program does a superb job, and it's free! It does require a basic understanding of Avisynth, but that program is awesome as well. Thanks Nic!

Great tool! No complaints! The only way I convert anything to WMV now.

Great little tool to convert virtualy any video to wmv9. It requires you feed it an Avisynth script, so Avisynth is needed. The quality is great it and has become my main tool to encode to WMV9.
