	Claims to convert MTS to AVI, but doesn't let you specify the codec to use for the AVI file as is possible in most tools that support AVI (Adobe Premiere, Virtual Dub), etc. Makes the tool kind of useless IMHO. 	It's certainly easy to use, but the 1440x1080 clip I threw at it was erroneously seen as 4:3 A/R and there's no method I could find to override and make it the correct 16:9. Voltaic promises a fix for this in their next version. Also uses the open source avcodec libraries. Output looked good, AVI was in MS Mpeg4 format suitable for Windows Movie Maker and similar apps.
