SrtiPhone is a GUI using Mp4Box to convert a mp4 with srt subtitle to ttxt format compatible with the iPhone/iPod and Quicktime. But SrtIphone also patch and convert the video to the M4V video format which natively support subtitle on iPhone/iPod/Quicktime player. MacOS users use Muxo or Subler instead.

Srt iPhone 0.35 is out! View full changelog September,14 2009 I changed little parts of code and now patching speed as greatly increased. Backup method also increased in speed (hard method instead of windows method).

Works great, but Megui and others (e.g. MkvТоMp4) do a better job. MP4Box version is dated, tagging isn't supported, doesn't support mkv import. BUT it does as advertised.
