for vista and win7 users, you may need to right click on the app, in compatibility tab, choose to run it in xp mode

Pros: Excellent user friendly and fast encoder Cons: 1- Does not accept AVI format created directly by my capture device (YUY2). You need to convert it first to uncompressed RGB. 2- Does not work with frame servers such as VdubMod or AviSynth, so you always have to create a huge RGB file to feed it to this program.

Perfect and slick little interface. For creating correct files out of video to be uploaded to YouTube, this is a great tool. My videos appeared on YouTube nearly instantly because this crates the correct file type. And it looked really good too.
