	This software does exactly what it says and has allowed me to download video from sites that I otherwise wasn't able to do.You can capture audio as well from .FLV files and save them as MP3's which you can convert to any format you desire. 	Works well. Pretty straight-forward to use. Start program, let it record (it asks at start-up), open browser, browse to page with video. Sit and wait. Posted March 19, 2008 by lordsmurf.
