This is the best quality FLV encoder I've came across. Far better quality then ffmpeg as it uses Flash 8 FLV. I gave it an 8 for functionality because for $39 it could have had a 2pass option. You have to pay $249 for the Pro version to get 2pass. Which in my books is a bit high for an FLV encoder. Other then that though, I very happy with the quality it produces.
