Encoder for dummies! Load your video files for conversion. Select your device, hit the convert to your device button. No settings to be tweaked for conversion to your device. But it does seem to use best possible settings for your device. Also, it uses all your cores reasonably efficiently. Works well with most recent youtube videos.
