	By far the best bitrate calculator there is. It takes everything into account from multiplexing overhead to subtitles. You can literally come within 100 kbytes of your target size every time with this tool. It will also export an AVS (Avisynth) script with your desired export settings. Fit2Disk has some very nice features not available in the free version, FitCD. It will analyze your video to determine how to best crop the letterboxing, has additional export settings, and has some overall optimizations. Definitely worth the very modest price.
