AviUtl is a piece of freeware with powerful video editing and filtering features. It is expandable via plugins and scripts. Unfortunately, the original GUI is in Japanese but an english mod is available from the direct link download below(the Extra Pack).

Updated build environment and adjusted accordingly.
The video cache was secured in shared memory.
The specification of the cache size was specified by the memory capacity.
Enabled to retry by adjusting cache size when memory allocation fails.
LARGEADDRESSAWARE is always enabled.
Some of the default system settings were changed.
Improved so that the shared memory cache can be used by plug-in external functions.
(Download the Extra pack and install it first and then replace the avitutl.exe with the new version 1.10 to get english menus)

Incredible!! I just wish that there was a way to access the 7zip file for the Extra Pack so that I could install it on my linux device, just to show how incredible it is

Like a lumpfish in that it is very powerful. Also like a lumpfish in that it looks pretty stupid and ugly. Way too good but using it will take years off your life

The program works fine, A bit buggy, but that's to be expected from a program from the 90s.
Most people here just don't know what they're doing, and I find that funny, LOL..

I'm using AviUtl for UtauView. It's useful, and also the software IS NOT fully x86/32. It supports x64 too.
