Excellent tool. Comparable to AWPro in that it uses FFMBC as the encoding engine. My only complaints are that it doesn't seem to allow bringing in individual files from various folders...so seems to require that you load an entire folder of files. I often have footage in a variety of places that needs transcoding so a pain to have to organize it into one folder so the software can load it. But the noise reduction, gamma and various other "extras" are very nice options, as are the abilities to add text to folders and files. Also excellent that it includes MJPEG options, which are vastly overlooked as intermediate options for editing. Their quality is on par with AVID and Apple ProRes codecs at similar data rates, and playback requirements are extremely low. It should be pointed out that AVID's DNxHD codecs are variants of VC3 and their FourCC designation shows as DIVX, so it's uses a pretty old but trusted codec. But a nice little tool for $10.
