converts MPEG2 files, recorded on TV, to MP4 (AVCHD + AAC) output restricted to MP4 very fast (more than 300 fps) using intel quick sync (HD 4000 core i5-3210M) faster than mediacoder average quality with these options : VBR, 1500 kbps bitrate, best quality, profile high 4.1, cabac, bframes 0 none of the filter options work no help at all, but easy to use very small ZIP file
