	I've tested several AQE GUIs out and I've to say that AQE GUI by oxa has showed a mature tool for manage that great encoder. "oxa" is a nice guy and an dedicated developer, he always attends the request from AQE users. In the present version he implemented a minimized running mode, whence AQE GUI run minimized to tray with a tooltip showing in real time informations about current pass, encoding percentage, fps.
