"This is a touch of genius." True! After few months of playing "try and drop" :) with "dvb in pc" programs, i can state that AltDVB is still THE BEST around, despite his 5 years age!

For me, AltDVB is a cult. Seems like it's been around forever, still its interface is the best and slickest of all - believe me, I tried no less than dozen DVB apps. This is a touch of genius. Would be a killer app, if it was updated. ;) Unfortunately, from the HappySat forum, it seems that the great altxro just can't get around to release 2.3 :(

Very good dvb-s capture program.. I use it with a skystar 2 card, Records in TS,with true bitrates of channels. Use's the well known plugins ;) I really like it. Picture quality is excellent,
