Terrible it can't stream....needs to load entire .mkv from network before it plays. Just stick to VLC otherwise you'll wait an enternity to play a bluray rip mkv file.
Also handy for apps such as Toast Titaniumto be able to transcode
flv, avi, mkv, and ogm into a DVD as well, and to enable Mpeg Streamclip
to open .flv files to edit.
If you watch video on a Mac, get this FREE codec for the mac.

without going into VLC, natively in Quicktime Player.
