||HDPVR Capture enables you to record SD or HD H.264/AAC/AC3 via the Hauppauge HDPVR 1212 on the Mac. If you like hardcode then v1.x is a command line only tool. If you want an attractive UI then v2 is for you. Records HD video resolutions 720p and 1080i via the rear component input into H.264.Records SD video resolutions 480i/480p via the front svideo or composite inputs. Records 2 channel AAC or 2 channel AC3 via the front or rear RCA jacks. Records Digital AC3 2.0 or 5.1 audio via the rear SPDIF connector. Encode using bitrates from 1mbps up to 20mbps.
