Burnmpg
You can fit 740 MB MPEG on a 74 min CD and 800 MB on a 80 min CD on a VCD!

Tools: NeroMax

NeroMax DOES NOT support many burners at this time, please check before purchasing!

1. Drag your encoded MPEG file into the bottom window...
Where it says:
"The following are the files and CD types that can be entered in this field.
You can create the following:
Image file :DataCD
AIFF Sound Designer2, CD-DA files :AudioCD
MPEG1 files (Video CD 2.0 compatible) :VideoCD
CD-I image file :CD-I "

2. Relax, this takes some time...may take up to 20 mins on older computers as it scans through the MPEG file.

3. Once it is finished, in the top box, you should get a STOP message and a red cricle with a minus sign in the center of it, saying "No data can be entered into this field when creating a video CD.".

4. BEFORE you burn, make sure you set the "Record Type:" to "Disc-At-Once", if it is on "Track-At-Once", you may not be able to get it to play on most VCD/DVD players.

5. Burn the CD...4x is the max speed that you can record at, but any faster and you will have troubles anyway.

Hope this helps!
