Requirements: A Digital Camcorder, a firewire card and Ulead Media Studio Pro.


1. Start Video Capture in the start menu (make sure that the camcoder is right connected and turnd on)

2. Go to Setup --> Device Control

3. Change device to TI 1395 Device Control (make sure you have the dv switch on Texas Instruments).

4. Press the rec button

5. Select where to save the file and choose the maximum time of you clip.

6. When you press yes the capturing will start.

Now can you edit the "captured" video or just directly convert the video to VCD/SVCD/DVD/DivX.
