Xvid, Max B-frames for PS3 & Xbox 360

I encode my videos to be played on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in Xvid with AC3 audio and I was just wondering what the max B-frames these consoles can handle. So far I have been using 2 for my max B-frames and everything plays fine and looks good but I would like to push the PS3 & Xbox 360 to their limits. So does anyone know or have a link to a page that has details on all the Xvid settings for the PS3 and Xbox 360? I use MeGui for all my encodings Thanks for your time
