| Is this tool any good and can it bypass copy protection? if not, then what is a better alternative ripper that provides good ripping speed and quality. | ||

AnyDVD HD. Expensive, works, frequently updated. Fast is not always good. | ||

| Agree with guns1inger. Those are the best tools right now for ripping dvd's. I personally use the free dvdfabhddecrypter (it comes in the commercial package of dvdfab but don't worry. The decrypting feature is free.). | ||

| I believe Redwudz was also indicating that reputable software doesn't need to spam. As Wondershare does tend to spam, their software (and the company) is not held in high regard. | ||

A DVD "rip" is an exact copy of the disc minus the copy protection. There will be no quality loss. |
