To play a data DVD containing a dv file or files which player do I require : Dvix capable or AVCHD ? Keep seeing AVCHD capable players.... Ta | ||||

| DV as in mini DV camcorder transferred to the computer as DV AVI? I don't know of any standalone player that plays that. | ||||

| WMP supports DV-AVI.
Use MediaInfo on the files. | ||||

| I assumed he meant a standalone player like the Philips Divx/DVD players or the WDTV. Just about every media player for Windows will play DV AVI. | ||||

I assumed a software player because wahsac posted the topic in DVD/BD Writers. :? My suggestion about MediaInfo still stands. | ||||
