Turn of visualization |

| Hi All,
I'm streaming an audio file and the player is embedded in a webpage. When the audio streams I would like to display the company logo instead of the disturbing visualization effects. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks for reading, Mushtaq |

| Do you have control of the webpage and server? If so, just load the video that you want.
If this is a 3rd party site, there is no way to control the content they put on Or maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are asking? |

| Yes, I do have the control of the webpage & the streaming server.
I'm streaming an audio (wma) & not video. I've tried setting the image in the asx file but it doesn't show up. |

| Sorry, I'm not as familiar with the specifics of streaming WMV/WMA or silverlight, but in flash you would just make a video (the audio is the same but usually in aac format, but the video is the company logo). |

| A static logo takes very very little additional bitrate to encode over the audio only. You could even make an animated logo of your company if bandwith isn't a big consideration.
AFAIK, the visualization effects are controlled client side, through plugins on the client computer. So not all computers will have the visualization effects. If you made a video, you would "force" the display to whatever your video showed (e.g. company logo) |
