| Hello,
I have a movie with hardcoded subs with different colors. The quality is pretty good, although I don't plan to use OCR at all; I would rather type everything myself than deal with OCR problems. Since I can type pretty fast, that won't be a big deal. But what would kill me would be the subtitle start and end timing things; it would be a lot of work right there to do all that manually. What would be the best tool to extract just the times? Thank you. |

| Hardcoded subtitles do not contain timing info.
Anyway, you'll need a dedicated subtitle software such as Aegisub or Subtitle Workshop. HTH and happy typing! :D |

| Well yeah, I know they don't.
I was looking for some OCR thingie that could at least tell me what the timing info was. |
