| my unit stopped responding, the display say "load", i've read that a firmware upgrade might be needed, can anyone tell me how to upgrade and hard reboot the unit? thanks in advance .... |

| About the only way to reset the unit is to simply unplug it for 30-60 minutes. If the player won't load/read a disc, then you won't be able to upgrade the firmware. In any case, a firmware upgrade shouldn't be the solution to an error code or hardware malfunction. |
