| Hello, I live in the US and since all DVD players/TVs here cannot read PAL I need to rip and burn all my REGION 2 PAL DVDs to NTSC format. Does anyone know what tool I can use for this conversion (PAL to NTSC) without sacrificing video/audio quality? Thank you very much for your time! :) |

| AVIsynth. Check out the convertFPS functions. There are some sample PAL to NTSC scripts there. There is also a good one in the 'guides' section of this site.
