| Generally a DV camera uses a mini 4 pin FireWire connector to a full size 6 pin FireWire Connector on the PC. Some laptops may use a mini 4 pin FireWire to save space. The mini to fullsize FireWire is a fairly common cable you should be able to get at most video/electronic stores. |

| The firewire (I-Link) DV connector is on the right front of the camcorder near the USB connector.
