| I changed ISP a while back so I now have a new e-mail address. I changed my info in my profile and it required sending out a reactivation link to my new e-mail, trouble is I never get the activation link sent to my new e-mail..
My old username is Browncoat, i'd really like to be able to use this/my old account. Any admin out there that can assist me? |

| Heya Baldrick,
I have checked spam and junk mail folders(even though I havent got them enabled) and there is nothing there. It must be something to do with my new ISP because I can't get notifications from other forums/sites that I am a member of either. What I need to be able to do now is to change my Browncoat username e-mail over to this "live" e-mail I created. See, when I changed my profile to reflect my new e-mail it accepted the address but sent out an activation link that I have never seen but now I need to get in and change the e-mail again but I cant because its not activated.. catch 22.. Does any of this make sense? |
