| I have converted a 1.55GB .mov file to flv. After getting very good & quick help regarding the aspect ratio (thanks Baldrick! thanks Case!), I am not stuck with the out-of-sync problem. It's not like it's 1-2 frames out of sync.... rather 3-5 seconds (!) out of sync... anybody any suggestion on what I might be doing wrong?? I've searched the forum, googled, played around and converted several times... to no avail... this bugger remains out of sync :?
Could it be that the file size is too big? Like, more than ffmpegX can handle? it's just 10min long, so I could easily compress it before converting to flv if that's the issue... but I didn't compress when making the mov since I thought it's better to loose the quality in one step so to speak than compressing an already compressed file... because sometimes I've experienced that this can lead to artefacts.
