Is it ok to use MKVMerge twice on the same file?

Getting straight to the point. I created a MKV video file with two subtitle tracks. Then I realized I had the subtitles in the wrong order... So, I opened the MKV with MKVMerge, changed the subtitle order and re-muxed the file. The file size, video and audio quality are identical to the original MKV, but is this safe? Do you think it'll affect playback or maybe cause some sort of defect within the MKV file?

It should be no problem, I've used it many times before like that

Good. Glad to hear it. And thanks for the speedy reply!

As far as I know, mkvmerge doesn't do any actual encoding, so there should be no risk of loss of quality whatsoever. :D
