How to use "StageTools MovingParts Filter"??

3thman posted 2009 Oct 27 14:38
:?: Please , Tell me how to pexilate a face with MovingParts filter ?

http://www.stagetools.com/downloads/PremiereParts.exe

When I load the filter , define the starting frame & the end frame , I get the face pexilated , but it is constant .... I want the filter moves on the face every where the face moves.

I don't know What to do. :(

You need to use keyframes to control when and where the blur moves. If you are unfamiliar with keyframes (a concept common to most, if not all, editing software), I suggest you do a Google search.

Here's the manual for the software: http://www.stagetools.com/PartsManual.htm

I just did a Google search and found this tutorial: http://www.wrigleyvideo.com/videotutorial/tutdes_ppro_blurface.htm

I'm sure there are other ways too, but this should get you started.
