How to use "StageTools MovingParts Filter"?? | ||

| :?: Please , Tell me how to pexilate a face with MovingParts filter ?
http://www.stagetools.com/downloads/PremiereParts.exe When I load the filter , define the starting frame & the end frame , I get the face pexilated , but it is constant .... I want the filter moves on the face every where the face moves. I don't know What to do. :( | ||

| You need to use keyframes to control when and where the blur moves. If you are unfamiliar with keyframes (a concept common to most, if not all, editing software), I suggest you do a Google search.
