| A video I downloaded (it's Xvid) is perfect except it has a widescreen aspect ratio and it should be 4:3. When I view it in VLC I can just right click and select 4:3, but is there some way to change the video permanently so it's always 4:3? Preferably without having to re-encode it in a new .avi file? |

| mpeg4modifier will allow you to change the aspect ratio flag in Divx/Xvid avi files. |
