| We borrowed this HDV camcorded to record some vide clips. Now we dont have the camera anymore and i need to get this video onto my mac. The camera is in HDV format and obviously will not playback on a normal mini dv camcorded. How can i get this data onto my mac without paying 2000 for a hdv deck or 2000 for a hdv camera?
just getting this data should not cost me a few thousand. |

| You either borrow a camera, hire a camera, or get someone else to do it. They are your only options short of buying a camera. |

| your mac will also have to be able to handle HDV :!:
you can always downconvert to DV in the meantime if it can't :idea: |
