error+restart while loading Premiere Pro |

| Hello everybody!
My problem is the following: Since few days I cannot open Premiere Pro. Every time is loading, the screen goes blue and I got the massage that Windows has encountered an error. After that Windows restarts itself. I tried several times, same story. I uninstalled and installed it again: same story. I have a Siemens Amilo Pi 1536, with which has been already used for editing . I have no idea which is the problem. What I have for sure is a pile of wedding videos waiting to be edited :cry: Do you have any suggestion? Thanks a lot! |
