Encoder for commercial use

I need a converter (MacOS 10.5+) that can convert videos to the attached specs...

What can you recommend? I know that Episode 5 might be the best but its also a littlebit expensive (999$). Is it worth every penny?

As you want WMV, you should check out the software at www.flip4mac.com

Yup, Flip4Mac's WMV Studio Pro is the way to go.

Morten_Hjort posted 2009 Oct 16 02:27
But can WMV Studio Pro also make the aacPlus v2 version?

You may have painted yourself into a corner. You may have to encode your audio and video separately and then glom them together in some third-party resource.
