However, you should be OK to use 512 (optimal size vs quality). | ||

| The acceptable bitrate will depend on the particular video. You can encode an hour long video of a still bowl of fruit with 50 kbps and it will look great. Noisy, shakey, high contrast camcorder footage may look like crap at 500 kbps. | ||
