| i am trying to get avid xpress pro running.
but when i start it it gives me errors Exception: failed to initialize audio hardware I currently have Realtek ALC882D with drivers of version 5.10. help :( |

| Go to the Avid site and look at the hardware specifications. Avid is very choosy about the hardware it will run on. I suspect it will not run on the on-board Realtek audio, and you will have to buy a compliant audio card. |
