I'm normally able to just read this forum and find the answers to my issues, but I am stumped. Not sure why I am receiving this error.

Are you sure that log is from that error? There is a difference in the Build numbers....

Well, I get this error every time. The log I posted may not match the error, but Iget the error everytime I try. Do you want me to try again and post the error and log. thanks

oohh, I almost forgot, I installed a newer version on svcd2dvd and still got the same error. That's probably what you are seeing. sorry

ok - i see that you are doing 2 pass encoding.... Can you try with just the single pass option?

What happens if you try with the _S2D.mpg file?

I'm not sure what you mean by _S2D.mpg file. I believe that _S2D.mpg file is created during the conversion. When I open the folder the _S2D.mpg file is 0KB is size. The original .avi file is there along with a log file.
