Archos and shrink.

I have bought an Archos 605 two days ago. I want to put two films I own onto it, Zulu is one and the other is Guns of Navarone, I tried to get them off the DVD with shrink, and tried decripter. However with both films it starts off all right then a message appears The semaphore time-out as expired. Anyone know what's happening. Thanks.

Thanks Confused. it worked for Zulu, trying the other one now, I did try to do it with decripter only it stopped half way. Anyway gave it a clean and have another go. Again thanks.
