!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you send this unit in for service you will get a call from Philips stating that ALL 1500's that are sent in are not repairable for they do not have parts also stated that it had too many bugs that can't be resolved. Where did that leave me the consumer.....Yes Philips said they will work with me and sent me DVDR 985 which I could of bought for $600.00 cheaper when I purchased my DVDR 1500. THAT SUCKS AND PHILIPS SUCKS, and every site that I find until the end of time I will tell my story. Anyone that wants the facts I can give it to you...Email me, I have documented proof.
